My husband has eaten a vegan diet since 1992. I followed him 9 years later. I garden organically, vegetables and flowers. I ride my bike, read way too many books, listen to lots of music, and worked as a paraprofessional in Special Education at Hughes School here in Syracuse, NY, USA. I’ve been retired since 2016. Richard and I have 5 children, 4 grown daughters and a son who is an engineer working in Brooklyn. We also have 3 granddaughters, 4 grandsons and a great-granddaughter. All are healthy and wonderful people. We're very lucky.
