Most of the time I eat about 75% fruit and the rest green, organic if possible. But here on the coast in Mexico I will eat fish along with other cooked veg/ vegan food. I don't do dairy, but having said that, I might just have had cheese on my chilaquiles ----- so, not a fanatic, try to eat healthy, but sometimes easy to be slack when travelling and keen to try local delicious grub.
