    Instructions

    Empty the contents of the chickpea can into a bowl and microwave it for 2 minutes.
    Then drain the chickpeas reserving a little liquid and put in a food processor with the rest of the ingredients, streaming the olive oil. Add spices to taste.
    Serve and enjoy.

    Ingredients

    1 30 oz can of chickpeas, not drained
    2 cloves garlic
    Tahini, to taste
    Olive oil, to taste
    Salt, to taste
    Cumin, to taste
