    Instructions

    Place chili and garlic in mortar and turn into a paste.
    Add the yard long beans and pound lightly with the pistol so as to break their outer skin.
    Add sugar, soy sauce, and lime juice, mix.
    Add cherry tomato and mix.
    Add the green papaya and peanuts, and mix.

    Ingredients

    1 cup green papaya, peeled and shredded
    1 to 4 birds eye chili
    1/4 cup yard long beans
    4 cloves of garlic
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    2 teaspoon sugar
    2 cherry tomato
    1 tablespoon roasted peanuts
