    Instructions

    In food processor or blender, puree all ingredients except cilantro.
    Transfer puree to a bowl. Stir in cilantro leaves.
    Serve with pita bread or raw veggies such as carrots and celery sticks.

    Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup garbanzo beans, cooked and drained
    1 tablespoon tahini
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    3 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 cup water
    1 large clove fresh garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    pinch of red chili pepper powder
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
