Wonderful Dinner! - Edit
Our family of four had a wonderful dinner at B.Better! We're veg and were relieved to find a place where we could order anything on the menu! We reserved an outdoor table and it was a fun place to sit. The restaurant is located in a great neighborhood on a side street that is quiet but still has interesting people watching and vibrancy. The server was friendly and personable (breaking all Parisian stereotypes). We each ordered the tasting menu and were so glad we did! Each course was wonderful, sourced with local ingredients and artfully presented. The broccoli tapas, mushroom tacos, and grilled nectarine were my highlights to an all around great meal! My 16 yo son is still dreaming about the fried oyster mushrooms! We will definitely b.back to b.better next time we're in Paris and will recommend to friends - both vegan and non.

Loved this place to grab dinner in Paris. Not too expensive compared to other restaurants in Paris and the food was great!! Very friendly staff and interesting flavour profiles. There is a sharing menu which was 32 euro’s and contained four courses. Great value for the price and would definitely recommend. Their menu changes throughout the year, but the tacos we had were so delicious.

On tenait avec mon compagnon à laisser notre avis sur votre établissement que l’on a trouvé au top. Bonne ambiance, belle décoration, des cocktails originaux, des plats délicieux et un service parfait. On est tombé sur vous parce qu’en week-end à Paris pour mon anniversaire, mon compagnon a voulu trouver un restaurant végétarien pour l’occasion. Moi qui ne suis pas végétalienne et mon compagnon omnivore, on s’est régalé du début à la fin. Rien à redire sur le menu (on a pris un menu découverte que je conseille vivement) !

Everything was absolutely delicious, highlight was marinated broccoli skewers, also the glazed carrot. It was wonderful to see vegetables prepared with such care. The vegan pina colada mocktail was also a treat. Staff were very attentive, conveniently located near Rue de Rivoli

Simply wow! Delicious food and amazing staff! My husband and I shared the cauliflower skewers, candied eggplant, and mushroom fritters from the Tapas menu and the not-chicken tacos. We also had the chocolate cake with strawberries and Chantilly cream. I can’t pick a favorite because they were all really delicious, incredible balance of flavors, and just the right amount of everything! In addition to the amazing food is the kindness that comes from the staff, Lucas, and everyone was so welcoming, kind and show so much love with the food they serve! This will be our “go-to” spot every time we are in Paris from now on!

Read moreThe "dégustation" menu offers a starter, 2 mains and a dessert for 32 euros. Could be shared or devoured alone if you're hungry. I chose the broccoli, quesadillas, portobello burger and nectarine. All were excellent!
The restaurant is located on a side street off the rue de Rivoli, close to several other restaurants and wine bars. I sat outside and had a relaxing time people watching in between dishes.
Both waiters were friendly, helpful and funny.
If you're looking for great, fairly affordable vegan food in an enjoyable location, look no further!

I had a lot of amazing meals in Paris, but B.Better had the most memorable service. Lovely, welcoming staff. When they found out I was headed to London next, they gave me a bag of English tea for luck. When I’m in Paris again, I will definitely be back!

We came by to have a taste of the tapas. They were honestly good. Not superb but pretty satisfactory. The presentation was really strong. But the complexity of flavours weren’t as deep as I would’ve liked. The sauces however were elevated, especially the asparagus sauce and the heavy sour cream that came with the deep fried mushrooms. The service was really friendly.

Our group of one vegetarian and six flexitarians (including a teen) was amazed by the exceptional, flavourful food, creative cocktails and warm and knowledgeable staff - Lucas and Erica the owners. We chose the tasting menu with so many good dishes and really tasty dipping sauces to share. Every single dish was amazing, with a variety of flavours and textures that delighted us all. The attentiveness of Lucas and Erica topped the evening - what a refreshing experience ! B Better is definitely on my list of regulars.

Our prices indeed reflect the reality of the Marais neighborhood, where high rents are common.
Regarding the mushrooms in our fritters, we use oyster mushrooms, known for their neutral taste, but the highlight lies in our homemade sauce and the quality of these mushrooms sourced from a local organic farm.
Our broccoli skewers are marinated for 12 hours in a complex blend and grilled to order on a Japanese BBQ. They are, in fact, our best seller.
We're surprised they came across as "super boring" to you.
We believe our tasting menu at €32 per person would have offered you a more comprehensive experience at a better value than ordering à la carte, as you did (you spent €29,5 per person on food that day).
Please consider the unique setting of our small restaurant in this prime location, with locally sourced and freshly prepared organic ingredients, and we believe (like 99% of our customers) great service when reviewing places like ours.
