Vegan Vietnamese delights

We had the Vegan Bahn My sandwich with marinated tofu

and

Vegan Vegetable tofu Pho in mushroom broth

Both items ordered were tasty. If we were to order again, we'd ask for extra tofu. We really liked the Pho but were put off that it had only 3 pieces of tofu. Not sure if that is their usual serving but it diminished what was otherwise an excellent dish.

Other vegan items on the menu include: marinated tofu summer roll, marinated tofu Bao Buns, and fried veggies dumplings. The menu has a whole page of vegetarian dishes,most of which are vegan or can be made vegan.

Pros: The taste, Vegan friendly, Relatively quick

Cons: Could be more generous with the tofu
