I decided to try The Big Carrot as a way to help the local small businesses during the height of this pandemic, because now more than ever our small businesses need us. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant time shopping at the Big Carrot, mostly because I believe, the produce manager, Tara, was very condescending towards customers and her own employees. I believe she doesn't know how to keep her personal matters at home when bringing herself to work. It lead to a very uncomfortable experience, even when asking where a particular vegetable was in the department. I don't think I will be shopping here again, unless a change in management is done.

I really enjoyed the options the Big Carrot had at their store, but unfortunately rude employees make for an unpleasant shopping experience and does not entice any customer to want to return.
