Great udon - Edit
I found the menu set good, with some misses, although I admit I was already aware of probably not liking some of the included offerings. The set was also a bit bland for me.
Read moreHowever, the udon was the main reason I came here and it did not disappoint. Amazing texture and chewiness, it was great! Mostly a 3.75 instead of a 4, if counting the set menu.

Dopo giorni di fatiche per trovare qualcosa di vegan trovo questo posto nuovo aperto da poco. Il difficile è trovarlo, bisogna accedere dalla strada grande principale (e non dalla via sul retro come dice google maps). Accoglienza top, buon cibo e tante proposte che lasciano l’imbarazzo della scelta.

I had the curry udon and the lemonade. Both were absolutely delicious! The curry sauce was rich and the dish had lots of yummy vegetables. There was half a fresh lemon in my lemonade and it made the drink so refreshing. The staff were so friendly and attentive. A must eat in Tokyo!

much-needed delicious vegan udon! - Edit
Udon is perhaps my favorite food on the planet. And I've gone to painstaking lengths to find vegan udon dishes in Japan, not understanding why it's so much rarer than vegan ramen or soba. But finally, lo and behold, Udon Kojiya opened!! And they did not disappoint. Though I'd never had brown (rice) udon before, they had every quality I love about udon: thick, chewy, soft, comforting. I opted for their slightly pricier premium noodles (over the flat ones), and was so happy with them!
Read moreThis time I got the tofu udon, and they came in a flavorful cold broth with a generous helping of silken tofu, some herbs, as well as homemade seasoning to add to taste. It absolutely hit the spot, but I'm excited to come back to try their curry udon next time (on a more autumny day)! Oh, and on weekends they have all-you-can-eat breakfast buffets. So I shall be back for the rest of the menu, too😄
P.S. do note the entrance is in the front street, not the back where Google Maps takes you

Excellent place with amazing food! - Edit
This was amazing, we ate so well. The owner was really kind. Waitress speaks English. Free wifi available and order to place with QR code. Food was delicious, homemade and prepared in front of us. Be careful, the entrance is in the main street and not these behind (emergency stairs).
