Best vegan cake in town! - Edit
I go to Chaika every time I have the chance and I'm never disappointed. The cakes are amazing, my favourite is the blueberry one, and sandwiches are great too (the jackfruit one is super delicious). Tea selection is also very interesting.

Must visit! - Edit
A very popular place in the heart of the city. All of the cakes, cupcakes, cookies and brownies are vegan. All of the sandwiches, except one, are vegan. A range of plant milks too choose from (for an additional 30 cent charge, sadly). The cupcakes and cookies are always amazing. The cakes are a bit of a hit or miss - you have to know what you like. I, for one, don't really like raw cakes, so I learned to avoid those.
Read moreEverything is fairly priced. The exterior and the interior are both lovely. However, the staff is constantly changing, probably meaning that working conditions aren't that great :/.
Pros: Vegan treats! , Sweet drinks! , Great location!

Best desserts - Edit
Best vegan desserts in town. I’ve probably tried all their vegan cakes by now and I love most of them. I really enjoy both of their locations. Paninis are good as well but I mostly visit Chaika for their desserts. My favorites are: hazelnut, lemon, banana (with chocolate), very chocolaty and snickers cakes. This place is a must if you’re ever in Vilnius.

Vegan desserts and sandwiches - Edit
Very good vegan desserts and sandwiches. I believe they sell only one or two vegetarian sandwiches (i.e. with dairy cheese). I asked them why and they said because people complained that non-vegans did not have choices 🙄. In any case, a must to for vegans and non vegans alike. The space is small but the food is worth the trip, especially considering that Lithuania is behind in vegan food offerings.

I’m in love - Edit
We came here on a September Thursday around noon; not much going on so we quickly had our brunchy sandwiches, which both were around 4€ and were a nice and tasty snack. They were both grilled and very savory. All staff were friendly and smiling and fluent in English. I had the snickers slice and though it was quite small and cost 3,90€ it was just divine, a chocolate massacre with a topping of sticky caramel and peanuts. I loved it so much I bought one more to take away. Also very good coffee.

Decent vegan cake, good coffee - Edit
Just had a cake and 2 cappucinos. I'm not much of a coffee person but they had coco, almond, hazelnut (I think) milk options. The cake was not bad for a vegan cake, but I've had much better ones too.

Absolutely recommendable!! - Edit
We went there for breakfast and tried two of the four vegan sandwiches, which were really delicious! Although the place is vegetarian, they offer several vegan cheeses. For „breakfast dessert“, we had two very yummy pieces of cake (the cakes and cupcakes were nearly all vegan). Plus, they offer a wide variety of plant milk. Staff was friendly, menu was half-English😄

Lovely Cafe - Edit
My favorite vegan cafe in Vilnius. The menu is almost fully vegan and veg (and very clearly marked), with traditional coffees and teas as well as specialty drinks. There are also sandwiches and desserts- almost all of which are vegan. I ordered an iced soy matcha and a mushroom and (vegan) cheese sandwich. The price was reasonable at 7 euros for both items, and given the portions it constituted a full meal. The sandwich was layered with fresh ingredients creating a different flavor with every bite. Even my non vegan boyfriend commented on the taste- surprised at how “cheesy” it was! We both contemplated getting another one because it was just that good. The drink was lovely as well. Overall, this is the perfect place to lounge or grab lunch on a summer day!

Exceedingly Good Cakes - Edit
We came here for dessert after lunch at one of Vilnius’ many other fine veggie restaurants. We had a caramel chickpea cake and a slice of lemon pie. Both were lovely! The lemon pie in particular was so lemony it made my tongue go a bit funny! Worth the pain though!
