Carrot pasta with Corn Sauce

    Spiralize carrots and put in a large mixing bowl, set aside.
    Place raw corn into a blender along with chopped celery, peppers, and half of 1/4 of a cup of diced onions. Add in garlic and pepper and blend. Add in cashews last and blend until smooth (or desired consistency).
    Add sauce into the large bowl with the carrots and mix in thoroughly.
    Serve and enjoy.

    Ingredients

    3 carrots
    1 1/2 cup raw corn off the cob
    1 celery stalk
    1 green bell pepper
    Raw cashews, to taste
    1/4 cup onion
    1/2 teaspoon garlic
    Pepper, to taste
