    Instructions

    Place all ingredients in a blender except the ice and xanthan gum.
    Blend, then add ice and xanthan gum. Blend again.
    Pour content into cup and enjoy.

    1 1/2 cup almond milk
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
    1-2 oz espresso or 1 tablespoon espresso powder
    1 frozen banana
    1/2 cup ice cubes
    3/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
