    Instructions

    In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and seasonings. Make a groove in the center. Separately knead the bananas, add pumpkin and oil to them and add all of this to the dry ingredients. Slowly stir until the dough becomes uniform.
    The dough will be quite liquid like yogurt, you can add a little flour if you want.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 200C. Check after 10 minutes by inserting a toothpick and seeing if it comes out clean. May need additional time.
    Let cool and serve.

    Ingredients

    2 cup flour
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon soda
    1 teaspoon cloves, crushed
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup nuts (usually walnuts and almonds, because they are softer for cutting)
    1-2 bananas
    1/2 cup pumpkin (boiled to make it soft)
    20 ml vegetable oil
