Warm up about 1/4 of the almond milk as hot as possible without boiling. Add in the cocoa powder teaspoon by teaspoon, stirring well in between, until it becomes a paste with the almond milk.
Heat and add the rest of your almond milk, and stir in the sugar. You can vary the ratio of cocoa powder to sugar by taste. Enjoy.
