The absolute best in town- must go! - Edit
We have been eating here as the food truck has moved through multiple locations because the food is delicious! Really big portions that satisfy everyone. The enchilada shirt stack and the big country (the biscuits!) are favorites. New location at a brewery has outdoor seating and is family friendly.

Favorite vegan option in Bend - Edit
I have been several times in the past, this is my first review. New location next to Funky Fauna. Went for dinner so ordered from their pub and entrees menu.
Read moreOrdered the Masa Johnny Cakes which were fantastically unique. Also had the Wild Mushroom Hash, which was vey good. We also ordered the Reuby sandwich, which we both agreed didn’t hit the flavors that we were hoping for.
Absolutely recommend, will continue coming back every time I visit Bend.
Pros: Excellent Masa Johnny Cakes, Always unique delicious options

Fully vegan food cart & nice picnic area. - Edit
The delightful people of this food truck served up a delicious brunch for us. The salad w/roasted tomatoes & sunflower seeds had a delectable dressing. We split the “The Big Country Combo” and a lemon poppy seed muffin. We ate outside at one of the numerous picnic tables. I can’t wait To go back!

Fully vegan food truck with a large menu of brunch and lunch items, next to Funky Fauna Artisan Ales.

BEST vegan food I had in Bend - Edit
Most incredible brunch I could have found in Bend. Insane flavor, amazing portion sizes and very reasonably priced. My only gripe is that I couldn't eat there more because they're closed on Mon/Tues. But they deserve a break from all that incredible cooking. Seriously cannot say enough nice things about my experience. Try them!

Small but powerful! - Edit
Walking up I wondered how extensive the menu would be - I need not worry. Lots of great vegan choices breakfast & lunch. I had the wet burrito - opted for the potato base over the jasmine rice it - was full of veggies and was nice and spicy. Great service!

Great food and spot! - Edit
We ordered the 3 taco combo and liked them all. The favorite was the Griff, with Black Truffle a close second. Braised greens are a great and welcome addition to tacos. The tortillas were really good and held up well. We appreciated all the seating choices, including inside The Pantry. We will be back!

This is our goto food truck for lunch and weekend breakfast and Broken Angel never disappoints. Well, maybe when they sellout of our favorite— Eggplant Po’boy.

UPDATED: better than last time / Over salted and inedible - Edit
UPDATE: Okay so we gave this place a second chance since it was so bad the first time but others had great things to say about it. We got the eggplant po bo and the hash. Much better! I wouldn’t say it was stellar but a HUGE improvement. The wait was only about 10 minutes (however they were not busy). The po boy was much better than the hash but overall I’m not mad about it. Still think this place has room for improvement. Original review: Honestly, I was so surprised by all the great reviews after we tried this place. They told us it would be 25 minutes, it was almost an hour. We got the breakfast burrito and the breakfast tostados. Genuinely, they were inedible. We threw them away, they just tasted like someone dumped salt on them. Also it’s not a tostada, it’s basically a taco that you can’t pick up. Such a waste of time, food and money.

Great breakfast and super filling! - Edit
I got The “Big Country” which was the biscuits and mushroom gravy and house scramble. The biscuits and gravy were amazing and the scramble was awesome with a lot of great veggies in it! My friends and I also split the strawberry griddle cakes which were great to have too. We we’re also allowed to eat inside the store next door where my friends got vegan lattes and I got a vegan chai!

Fresh food. Amazing taste - Edit
The restaurant has lots of fresh foods. The portions were HUGE for what you pay for in the entrees. The portions were small in what you pay for on the sides. I recommend the grilled wet burrito.
