Ich habe hier die vegane Variante der Francesinha probiert und fand sie absolut genial! Ich bin so froh, dass ich dieses traditionelle portugiesische Gericht trotz meiner veganen Ernährung endlich mal probieren konnte. Geschmacklich top, die Sauce war perfekt und der vegane Käse super geschmolzen. Absolute Empfehlung für alle Veganer in Porto!

MUST VISIT! The coffee is delicious and their pastries are divine. We had their pastel de nata, cinnamon roll, and custard slice. All were scrumptious - the custard slice, in particular was sensational. Catia served us, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

A bit disappointing. The paleo bowl I had was mostly just green salad, and I had to pay extra for the fried egg. The savory pastry was a bit dry, and the pastel de nata tasted burnt.

So all in all, it’s still worth a visit, it’s completely vegan and everything is homemade. Plus, the service was very friendly!

Fabulous place! Had a selection of savoury and sweet pastries there with real cutlery and crockery (which isn’t always the case in more touristy areas), and took some away too. Loved the croquettes, the bolognaise & cheese pastry, and mushroom & peppers sandwich. All the sweet pastries were excellent too. Mixed juice was super gingery, which was perfect, and great to see a fun coffee selection including Vietnamese. Really nice space with a cork wall that matches the cork placemats. Felt thoughtful and calm.

We had the franchesita (out of just three options for dishes you could order, other than the pastries) and I would say it's a worse version of what you could get at kind kitchen in my opinion. They also didn't have vegan egg when we had gone there.

A francesinha vegan é simplesmente maravilhosa! O molho é super saboroso, o recheio é muito bem conseguido e o queijo derretido por cima deixa tudo ainda melhor. É daqueles pratos que mostram que não é preciso usar produtos de origem animal para ter todo o sabor de uma boa francesinha. Voltaria sem dúvida só para comer outra!

Uma ótima surpresa no Porto! Fui principalmente para experimentar os pastéis de nata vegan e gostei mesmo muito. A massa estava crocante e o recheio cremoso e muito saboroso — difícil acreditar que são totalmente vegan.
Read moreTambém experimentámos alguns pratos salgados e gostei especialmente do facto de terem comida portuguesa em versão vegetal, sem perder aquele sabor de comida caseira. As doses são boas e há bastante variedade, tanto para uma refeição como para um lanche.
O espaço é agradável e descontraído, e vale muito a pena passar por lá mesmo que não se seja vegan. Voltaria sem dúvida, principalmente pelas natas!

O ambiente é acolhedor, a equipa é simpática e nota-se muito carinho naquilo que fazem. É definitivamente um sítio a visitar no Porto, seja para tomar o pequeno-almoço, almoçar ou simplesmente parar para comer um pastel de nata. Recomendo muito!

Amazing Vegan Pastéis de Nata and Francesinha - Edit
I loved the experience! The pastéis de nata were amazing, with a crispy pastry and a deliciously creamy filling. The francesinha, a traditional dish from Porto, was also full of flavour and very well served. A great place to try Portuguese food in a vegan version. Definitely worth a visit!

Me encantaron los croissants rellenos de Padoca. Probé el de Oreo, el de Biscoff y el estilo Snickers, y todos estaban deliciosos. Son suaves, generosamente rellenos y se nota que están hechos de forma artesanal y con mucho cuidado. El de Biscoff fue mi favorito, pero merece la pena probarlos todos. ¡Una visita imprescindible para los amantes de los dulces!

Ich war begeistert von den Croissants bei Padoca! Sie sind sehr lecker, leicht und man merkt sofort, dass sie mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet werden. Alles ist hausgemacht und wird direkt vor Ort hergestellt, was den Besuch noch besonderer macht. Auch die Pastéis de Nata sind einfach unglaublich: außen knusprig, innen cremig und geschmacklich köstlich. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!
