Exceptionally vegan-friendly Asian food

The owner was friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the location inside Mojo Market is very convenient. Everything we tried was good, but my favorites were the Inari Sushi with shiitake mushroom and the Sweet and Sour Sushi Taco.

Literally everything on the menu can be made vegan. The only non-vegan ingredient they use is egg, which can simply be left off the dish. I would happily come back and work my way through the rest of the menu!
