Delicious New Food Truck - Edit
Found this food truck (located next to Woolworths and in front of otherworld). Owner said they just relocated to Byron Bay a few days ago. Tried the Tofu Deluxe Sandwich and fresh apple juice (3 types of Tasmanian apples are only ingredient). Sandwich came with fried tofu/hemp bites, spinach, tomato (not pictured), sriracha, vegan aioli, and vegan cheese on bread. wasn’t sure what to expect of the tofu/hemp bites but they were delicious. was a bit messy but worth it and I would definitely order again. Apple juice was refreshing and tasty as well. Would give 5 stars if app allowed for non-fully vegan places.
