Fast casual Japanese food - Edit
This is a casual but spacious and clean Japanese spot with several clearly labelled vegan options on the menu. The service is extremely quick after ordering, and all of the food was fresh. I particularly enjoyed the tofu rice dish, for which you can choose fresh or fried tofu. The prices are a little high but worth it for the quality ingredients.

A bit expensive, but good - Edit
Good, clearly labeled options. Got the tofu donburi and inari, with the strawberry matcha jelly for dessert. No complaints!
