Nice coffee bar but very turistic (and expensive: 2 coffee, 1 sfogliatella = 7euro) and no vegan options.

A good lunch stop - Edit
Don't follow the Happy Cow directions, but put the address into Google maps, or just find Foot Locker and it's round the corner. Vegan sandwich with lots of veg choices and a vegan croissant was good enough for me.
