Surprisingly delicious!! - Edit
I wasn’t sure what to expect as I could find no recent reviews of their vegan dishes. They didn’t seem to have a physical vegan menu and the hostess wasn’t sure about having any vegan items at all, but our waitress instantly knew what I was talking about when I asked about a jerk tofu platter. She also recommended we try the watermelon “steak” salad (a slab of watermelon flavored with tajin and balsamic glaze under mixed greens and sprinkled with candied pecans) without the feta cheese. I was admittedly nervous when the jerk tofu came out looking like two rectangles of grilled tofu with rice and beans, but the flavor of the jerk sauce was incredible! I wish I could buy that sauce and put it on everything! The tofu itself was also a deliciously smokey flavor. The watermelon salad was refreshing too. I was just so impressed that this BBQ joint had more than one vegan non-side item, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting!
