Lovely breakfast - Edit
The ciabatta breakfast roll with scrambled tofu and maple bacon was really nice and a good size. Also tried a croissant, pain au chocolat, chocolate cake and Bakewell slice - amazing to have so many vegan cake options! I really enjoyed my visit here and would definitely recommend!

Good - Edit
The food was good quality but unfortunately for the price we paid didn’t feel worth it, almost £12 for a regular breakfast (pictured) and £15 for the large. The coffee was great (I had the batch brew) but by the time the food came out the coffee had gone cold.

A nice local cafe - Edit
We have had some lovely breakfast here. Quite simple, tofu scramble or avocado toast, but tasty and with good coffee to boot! Often busy so go early to get a table.

Good for breakfast - Edit
Dana does vegetarian and vegan breakfast/ brunch well and for a really good price considering the location. The cafe is pleasant to sit in and a window seat offers good people watching opportunities.
Read moreThe downsides are the quality can be inconsistent and occasionally we have had a bad experience. I also wouldn’t recommend straying from the standard breakfast / sandwich menu items as they seem to struggle to pull off more complicated dishes and flavours.
Pros: Good value, Good at breakfast / brunch
Cons: Quality can be inconsistent

Great breakfast! - Edit
Had the full English vegan breakfast and it was yummy, especially liked the homemade sausage patties! Lovely scrambled tofu, hash browns (can't go wrong with potatoes), juicy mushrooms, then you have your standard beans and sourdough bread.
Read moreThe establishment is nice, very zen, lots of plants around, nice blue splashes of colour and it's a very open space.
Visited again finally, the experience this time wasn't great. We waited so long for our vegan breakfasts, and when they came out....there was eggs on the plates, they gave us a vegetarian breakfast. We had to wait again and when it came out, our extras were missing, and the beans were cold....
The mushrooms was lovely though, along with the sausage patties and scrambled vegg.

Had to walk out of this place for the second time today after been told food would be 20/30 minuets for avocado on toast I could have gone to a shop got the ingredients and gone home and made it myself with how long the wait is and the cafe wasn’t even full.

Great breakfasts - Edit
I’ve been here four times, each time on a weekend (which I think has a different menu to other times, because I’ve never seen the burgers that other people have posted pictures of). I’ve had the vegan full English, and the vegan breakfast sandwich (the latter of which is much better value). Each time the food has been excellent.
Read moreThe staff at times seem a little disoriented, and it seems a little like pot-luck whether you’re going to get a set of cutlery with your meal, or whether you’ll have to get the attention of one of the staff to get it later, which can be a bit frustrating.
In the main though, the food has been excellent and fast. If you want a cheap and good breakfast on a weekend, this place is perfect.
Note that seating is limited, so going at peak times you might not find any.

A nice brunch spot but gets very busy at weekends - Edit
This is a small friendly cafe that is part of the local Buddhist centre and not for profit but the food is good its a shame it’s vegetarian as sometimes smell of eggs can be a little off putting but most the menu is or can be made vegan and a good choice of hot drinks including teas, coffee and a good choice of non dairy milks also. If coming on a weekend be prepared for a wait for a table

Consistently brilliant! - Edit
I regularly go to Dana either with my husband or friends. The full vegan breakfast is the best I know of in Sheffield. The menu also has plenty of GF options if you avoid gluten. As well as great Vegan (and veggie) food it’s a cosy, light and warm place to spend time.

Full Ingerlish Brekky - Edit
Generous portions. Lovely 'sausage' patties that are herby and tastey. Scrambled tofu is the best I have tasted in ages. Most places get that wrong. Generous helping of mushrooms and beans, tempeh, kale, x2 sourdough toast & spread. Only thing I would change is I would add a half tomato. Love mi toms I do.

Vegan brunch - Edit
Lovely little cafe with a good menu. I went for brunch and had the half veggie breakfast with scrambled tofu instead of egg. It was very tasty and very reasonably priced. It got very busy at around 11am so I would go for an early brunch. I took a vegan cupcake home with me which was carrot cake flavor and it was delicious.

We love this place and go as often as we can. Breakfast is epic, delicious tofu scramble with yummy spices, hash browns, mushrooms, great toast, patties are very tasty. They do a great soup as well. Even the fries feel homemade. The vibe is chilled and arty with a bit of rustic and vintage in there too. Coffee is great and their Tartberry Tart is so good. Definitely worth checking out. Smiles.

Pure Bliss ✌🏻 - Edit
Easily the best vegan cooked breakfast I've ever had! Blew my expectations. Almost suspicious of them sausage patties, Linda Mc Carney watch out! This cafe volunteers with Sheffield's TK Buddhist Centre, and the atmosphere inside certainly reflects so; a very chill, calming and blissful place. Hands down my new favourite cafe in the city - the staff couldn't do more to make you feel at home either! Would be perfect for a meet up with an old friend, cosy and quiet.
