Lots of vegan options, dishes clearly marked and staff knowledgeable on veg*n and GF requirements.

Central Byron, great value. - Edit
Small Cafe that caters for brekky and lunch. Opens very early and is all done by 3pm. Good salad and multiple Vegan options. Has daily specials which are very good value, vegan deserts and a large hot and cold beverage menu.

A number of options for vegans - Edit
Quite a number of options for vegans for breakfast, morning tea, lunch. They open early so have an early close - do check opening times. Lots of delicious looking salads that I’m yet to try.
