Don’t walk, RUN TO HEX!! - Edit
I love Hex. Everything I have had here has been spectacular. This is my favorite restaurant/shop/ place in Baltimore! The owner is wonderful. The products are fantastic. I’ve gotten super into fermenting since coming here. The kombucha vinegars have some of the most interesting flavor profiles I’ve ever had in a salad dressing. The sandwiches are to die for. Can’t recommend enough!!

Staff was super friendly! They let you try multiple krauts before buying! You can’t go wrong with your pick of kraut though! I highly recommend their MLT on their adorned focaccia.
