Tıpkısının aynısı! 😍 - Edit
Vegan cevizli baklava yedim. Fıstıklı baklavaları da varmış ama kalmamıştı. Vegan olmayanın tadıyla birebir aynıydı. Deneyiniz 🤌

Yummy Baklava!! - Edit
Here they sell 2 choices for vegans - walnut or pistachio. I loved the walnut, it is very sweet as a Baklava should be!! Nice spot, you can sit in and enjoy or get a boxed portion.
Read moreI thought it was interesting they also had a range of diabetic Baklava (not vegan) so they seem to cater to many.

Two types of tasty baklavas - Edit
Non-vegan Turks have told me that although the aftertaste is a bit different from the original, vegan baklava is pretty similar and tasty, giving it an authentic taste. The place itself was quite cozy.

Baklava as it should be - Edit
They have two types of vegan baklava. Tastes exactly like nonvegan baklava. Very good. They also use different tools for vegan and nonvegan ones.

Decent, they only serve 2 types of baklava and they were good, the way baklava should be. Nicely packaged, could make a cute travel gift

Such nice Baklava - Edit
Two flavours are available - pistachio & walnut. Both super nice and delicious. The place is quite busy but the staff is still friendly and ordering is very straight forward. You can either have the baklava for take away or to eat at the place. Big recommendation for Istanbul!

Karaköy Güllüoglu - Edit
Two vegan baklava options that were tasty! Pistachio was my favorite, but the walnut was also delicious. Be prepared for a long wait, as this is a very popular baklava place.

Vegan baklava disaster - Edit
If you want to know how is their vegan baklava imagine dry lasagna sheets layered with a very small quantity of nuts and soaked in glucose syroup.
Read moreThis was probably the worst vegan dessert I ever had.
It was hard to chew.
Overpriced (28TL a piece) comparing to other vendors.
I had the pistachio and the walnut baklava and was stupid enough to order 8 pieces.
An hour earlier I had some baklava at Vegan Istanbul and it was quite nice. This made me want to try some in a famous place. What a total deception.
Please note that there are only 2 trays of vegan baklava and all the rest is vegetarian. You have to ask them to show you the vegan one since there is no label.
I'll post some photos.
Pros: Quick service
Cons: A pastry disaster, Expensive

Vegan Baklava - Edit
Lezzet olarak normal baklavadan hiç bir farkı yok. Şerbet oranıda çok dengeli üst üste bir kaç tane baklavayı rahatlıkla yiyebilirsiniz, tadı çok güzel.. 🤩

A chance to taste a Istanbul classic - Edit
This place is quite famous, although it has a very undertated appearance. The staff was very patient with my lack of Turkish language skills. However, there was only 2 vegan options and they were too sweet for my taste.

Such good vegan baklava - Edit
Still only one kind of baklava (pistachio) but it was delicious and the box comes with a card that assures you the staff understand veganism and that it’s made away from animal products.

Great Vegan Baklava! - Edit
We had a hard time finding vegan baklava in Istanbul, and the owner of a different vegan restaurant in the city actually recommended this place to us! They only had the pistachio when we went (no walnut) but it was great! It’s better fresh because it’s warm but keeps well too. We each had a piece every day we were in Istanbul.
