Wonderful experience - Edit
It was a wonderful experience with the Lights Vegan team. The guesthouse operators, Junko and Rikard, were wonderful hosts. They picked me up from the bus station, took me to the near by onsen and on a picnic, where we enjoyed the autumn colours.
Read moreTheir work on the organic farm is so valuable, and I learned a lot from Junko about growing different vegetables. Together with Rikard, I was allowed to cook vegan food. The homemade smoked tofu was amazing. It was a really wonderful experience for me, and I especially appreciated the helpfulness of the neighbourhood.

Incredible cake - Edit
Their chocolate cake that features a very thick layer of aquafaba chocolate mousse is the best cake I have ever tried. It tastes like real chocolate, isn't too sweet and looked beautiful. I also tried their spanish omlette, which was really good, too. The people running the place were really nice and replied to my messages quickly.

I Loved this Restaurant. The Customer Service was out of this world. The Environment was Friendly. Best Vegan Restaurant in Fukuoka. Definitely coming back and you should come as well.
