Went here excited to have found a vegan place. Service was incredibly slow. Took 40 minutes to bring out some hummus, carrots and breadsticks. Slowly followed by the other shared plates. All of which will have been pre-prepped, no idea how it took so long. What we did eat was fine. Didn’t bother ordering main dishes after the sharing as we feared the wait would be even worse as the place had started to fill up. Opted for a shop instead.

I went here with all my high expectations and I was disappointed in so many ways . pasta was sooo overcooked it was mushy, sauces to the pasta were just ok, nothing over the top. the ensaladilla was good, but again, nothing to brag about. and everything was overpriced, 15€ for two spoonfuls of bland spaghetti...

It's the only vegan restaurant in Zaragoza. In our case we were coming back from a long trip and stopped in the city at hours when restaurants usually don't serve food, but they do and we were really lucky.

We shared the Russian salad and OMG I think it was the best I've ever had, amazing. Also a veggie ciabatta with vegan tuna, spinach, sun-dried tomato and vegan tartar sauce. And the best part, "la MATi" pizza with chickpea mozzarella, caramelized onion, wine vegan sausages, arugula and walnuts. The dough was delicious and the flavor super intense. Sooooo incredible!!
For dessert we ordered a vegan cheesecake with strawberry jam that was also delicious.
The place is like a traditional Spanish tavern and the facilities are super clean. Plus the staff are really friendly, kind, and give super professional service.
Can't wait to go back to Zaragoza to repeat!

Food here was so good that my omnivore husband loved it. He even said the ensaladilla rusa tasted just as good as his and felt authentic. It was the first time in my 11 years of being vegan that I have had ensaladilla rusa, and I agree that it was delicious. It was also nice to be able to order cafe con leche in Spain and be assured of no dairy. This will be our Zaragoza go-to every time we are in the area!

We came early, but is only open for drinks until 20:00. The staff asked if we wanted to reserve and come back. We are glad that we reserved, because all the tables were booked! It got busy quickly after we arrived, but service was efficient and quick.
Read moreAs far as the food goes, we had olive paste toast for a starter, then had Chibatta bread sandwiches for mains (curry chick'n and tuna?). They were delicious! We shared a brownie for dessert. It was generous sized, but a little dry. It could be improved with a sauce drizzle, or a scoop of vegan ice cream.
Prices were excellent!

Vegan restaurant offering toasts, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, pizzas and tapas/sharing plates. The food is very good, and the service is very friendly. They emphasize that they are plant-based and not vegan, but as far as I could tell during my visit, the entire menu is vegan. The place isn’t very big. They have high chairs for babies.

Great food and energetic atmosphere - Edit
As a solo traveller you often feel dismissed in busy noisy bustling places where the staff are obviously overworked and busy, which was the initial feeling when I got here but after I finally managed to order I was met with great food and a lovely kind and helpful waitress. You soon realise why this place was heaving and popular with locals and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I would love to return and try more things on the menu!

We tend to go to fully vegan restaurants whenever they're available because they're the kind of businesses we want to put our money behind but this one just isn't good enough right now. Would recommend going to one of the veggie places in Zaragoza instead for a better chance of a nice meal.
Read moreWe shared a starter (the ensaladilla) and both stopped after one bite because it was just unpleasant. We both ordered pizzas which were small and very heavy/ bready and fairly bland. We got the brownie cake for dessert and it was bland and dry.
We arrived at 7:30 on a Friday evening which I know is early for Spain but there was no atmosphere even towards the end of our meal when the place had filled up.

Good sized portions and lots of lovely, fresh vegetables. In a country of ham, cheese and fish, it was such a relief to be able to choose anything from the menu. Our meal was very good.

Es el único restaurante vegano que queda en Zaragoza ahora mismo. La pizza es minúscula, la pasta estaba bastante buena, con un queso fuerte. Y en cuanto a los postres no hay preparaciones, solo pasteles que son porciones gigantescas. Por otro lado, la camarera un despiste monumental, seguramente faltaban manos, pero hubo numerosos errores con lo que se había pedido.

Ci è piaciuto molto il locale a livello di ambiente, arredamento, musica…e anche il cibo non è stato da meno!! Personale gentile e accogliente, abbiamo preso dei boccadillos e toast una torta da dividere, in particolare siamo rimaste colpite dal salato :)) super consigliato per un pranzo veloce nel centro di Saragozza 💚
