Full vegan with many options - Edit
Burger with homemade patty (one of few in prague), pasta/risotto, and cyclical options. I tried all of them and i csn confirm they are amazing. The menu changes periodically. Vegan Langoš (as starter) was over the top

Extremely memorable risotto - Edit
We spent an evening in Prague at Pastva which had some pretty familiar vegan offerings and some fun stuff too! We grabbed the Irish stew, a special running at the time and the risotto, as well as the snack plate.
Read moreSnack plate had a very generous portion size and filled us up well before the main course, which was also quite generous in size. The Irish stew was honestly fantastic, flavours that I’d not tasted for a long time and felt like a real hardy home cooked meal.
The risotto - out of this world good. Being vegan I’m sure you all can relate to eating a million risotto’s in your time, but this one absolutely took the cake. Delicious flavours from start to finish, every bite was an absolute joy.
Pros: Risotto, Irish stew, Great portions

I came to the restaurant after looking at the menu on the website. At the restaurant it turned out that they changed the menu already at the beginning of the year. Nevertheless all the dishes were very good.

Some of the best food I've ever eaten - Edit
This was my first time in a fully vegan restaurant and it did not disappoint. I was able to convince my non-vegan family members (who are usually skeptical about vegan food) to come along with me. For starter we ordered the tapas. The hummus was the best I've ever tasted. There weren't that many options for the main menu (apparently, it changes very often) , but we were all able to find something we like. I went with the soba bowl, which was very good. My mom chose the beetroot risotto and my dad and sister chose the miso ramen. Our server was also very friendly. There was a bit of a language barrier, but it wasn't really a problem. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are staying in Prague.

The best place to eat in Prague. - Edit
Pastva is one of the longest standing vegan restaurants in Prague. I think it may be the only one that has been open the whole time since I moved here 9 years ago.
Read moreI've always enjoyed eating here. They always have a good selection of dishes for the lunch menu and the portions are hearty. The evening menu is quite small and I've had a couple of things from the current version. The ramen is tasty and probably the best I've had in Prague (and I think I've tried them all now).
On my most recent visit I wanted something different so I went for the carrot cream and this was a tasty plate of food. There was a bed of puy lentils with some sweet potato, asparagus and cauliflower all covered with lots of carrots cream. Everything was well cooked and seasoned, the cauliflower chunks were especially good and had a nice almost Indian spicing to them. The cream was also well seasoned and had a nice smokiness to it. The only downside was that the cream was tepid while everything was hot.
Pastva also makes excellent desserts. This time around I had a kremes. It had a generous slab of cream in there that was well flavoured. The pastry had a bit more bite to it than other kremes I have had but it was still a bit soggy.

Went there for the dinner. Small little restaurant with a small but very good menu. The staff was very kind. We had a tasty tapas starter with different nuts, homemade focaccia, olives tofu sundried tomatoes and a stunning sweet potatoe hummus. Our mains were Soba Bowl and perfect tasty Quesedillas.

Nice, but busy - Edit
Pastva is one of the nicest vegan establishments in Prague. At lunch they serve a set menu with one soup and three choices of main. There's a lot of variety and creativity - I've been many times and rarely been disappointed. The permanent menu has some good options too, the ramen is especially good with plenty of flavour. The desserts cabinet is one of the best in Prague, there's always something incredible to try.
Read moreIt's a nice place with a relaxing atmosphere, though at lunch it gets crowded and sometimes you have to wait for a table. Staff are really friendly and service is fast, particularly at lunch time.
