Right in center of Aveiro, the food is delicious organic with fresh ingredients. The juices are fresh and made in the moment. Super tasty. The staff is highly professional and accommodating. Highly recommend a visit when in Aveiro!

Eu apenas tomei dois pequenos almoços no "Raiz", mas isso chegou para perceber que a comida é feita com muito cuidado e atenção, é tudo muito delicioso e o atendimento ao cliente é rápido e sempre simpático.

Confesso que ao olhar para os preços tive de refletir um pouco antes de entrar, no entanto, depois de comer percebi que era o preço certo, é tudo confeccionado na hora, tive o prazer de ver os legumes todos a chegar de manhã, pois tomei lá o pequeno almoço, e de sentir que estava a comer comida feita à mão e super saborosa.

I was looking for a vegan restaurant and saw they had "Tripa" Vegan, a sweet typical from the region so I was sold on the spot. The food was very good, nicely priced and the Tripa is amazing!! Every time that I will be close to Aveiro I will go there for sure, if it's not lunch or dinner time I will eat a TRIPA!

Comida sabrosísima, toda vegana y muy saludable. Pedimos el hummus, un menú completo con sopa y arroz de maropa y otro con ensalada y quiche de tofu. Y de postre, el crumble de manzana y un yogurt de frutos rojos. Todo, todo, todo muy bueno. El personal muy agradable y el local monísimo.
