The only thing on the menu that was vegan when I went was the hot chocolate.

Have vegan options on the menu.

Amazing chocolate cake!

Ree 7 is a small and cosy cafe that happens to have some vegan options. I can‘t say anything about their breakfast and lunch options, because we only had coffee and cake. On the day we were there, there would have been several vegan choices: a creamy lemon cake, a chocolate cake, Snicker bars, banana bread and blondies. I chose the chocolate cake and it was to die for (5 stars for the cake!)! The coffee was also very good, unfortunately it came with a mini-stroopwaffle, which wasn‘t vegan. In my opinion, that‘s very inconsiderate of staff, when someone asks for vegan options and plant-based milk…They also charge 0,5 € for soy/almond/oat-milk for the coffee, which is more than I paid in other places. So I wouldn‘t consider them very vegan-friendly. But if I lived in Amsterdam I would definitely come back for more cake!
