The best Mexican! - Edit
I love coming to Rojo's! I work just a walking distance away, and I come to Rojo's for a lunch burrito all the time. Their burritos are huge, and they often are both a lunch and dinner for me. The asada is my favorite protein, and the chicken is my go-to when they're out of the asada. I always get an avocado or cremosa burrito, but I'm sure everything on the menu is great -- I just can't bring myself to get anything else yet because the burrito is so good!
Read moreThe only thing is that they can be quite busy during lunch rush so I highly recommend ordering online in advance so you can pick up your order when you get there.
Pros: Delicious protein options, Fully vegan menu, Super nice staff
Cons: Slow during lunch hour (order online in advance!)

Big Burritos - Edit
I ordered a Loaded Burrito (rice, beans, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and guacamole in a flour tortilla) with carnitas. I enjoyed it except for the oil dripping out.

Excellent Tacos - Edit
I had the set of 3 tacos with rice and beans. Great set and the portion was good. Got me pretty full but not overly so. Didn’t give 5 stars because I asked my food without cilantro, but the tacos were very much sprinkled with it. They were very busy at that time so didn’t have the heart to complain and I picked it out as good as I could. Not emergency because for me it’s no allergies, just tastes like soap in my mouth.

Simply the best - Edit
Hands-down the most flavorful, savory Mexican food I've found in the Northwest. The Al Pastor is phenomenal, I haven't found better outside of CDMX or Tucson.

Delicious and affordable - Edit
Had the three tacos with rice and beans - everything was delicious (especially the chick’n and asada) and it’s surprisingly cheap for the location.

Ultra delicious, super satisfying - Edit
The best vegan Mexican in King County without a doubt. Burritos are always super hit, but the tacos are quality as well. I prefer al pastor but the carne is a solid 2nd option.

Simply Great - Edit
Simple menu where you can get a bean burritos without the fake. We tried two loaded burritos, one with just beans and one with asada. Huge and delicious. Horchata was sweet and refreshing.

Carnitas and al pastor as a protein were my favorites, loved the nachos as a special as well. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the items they sell!

Quick and delicious - Edit
While I don't love the location the food was great. Our order was prepared quickly and the burrito was really big. Not very big inside or fancy but the food is worth stopping in if you're nearby and hungry.

Absolutely delicious - Edit
The tacos were all super flavorful (I got one each of asada, al pastor, and carnitas), the beans were superb, and it was such a treat to get a delicious horchata that didn’t have any milk in it. I will definitely be eating here again!

Best vegan Mexican food I've tried in Seattle - Edit
Ordered a chimichanga con carnitas and it was DELICIOUS and huge portion. If you order it with a side dish you could probably split it with someone. Also, they have tasty horchata!!

Oh my gosh, this place was SO GOOD. It’s also conveniently located right around the corner from the Pioneer Light Rail Station, so it is very easy to get to! Make this place a priority the next time you are in Seattle.

Amazing tacos - Edit
The tacos were very good, the asada in particular and I loved the beans and rice. The chimichanga could've used a little more veg, maybe a pico de Gallo or some grilled onions/peppers but was still pretty good. Would love to return sometime.

Solid spot, will be back - Edit
I ordered one of each of the tacos. Very good! I’ll go against the grain and say they were a tiny bit disappointing…kind of dry and the fixin’s bar a bit too skimpy to doctor them (pickled onions would have come in handy). However I am only comparing it to my beloved por siempre in CDMX. This is as good as Seattle gets. Very good lunch spot, and certainly the best option in the area.
