Solid vegan sushi and udon - Edit
I was craving sushi while visiting omni family in town, and the avocado roll and sweet potato tempura roll hit the spot! My boyfriend got the vegetable udon and the portion size was generous. I forgot to take pictures, but everything was fresh and delicious. Glad to have this option in our arsenal for future visits.

Incredible Service and Great Attention to Allergies - Edit
We went here for the first time and i was so impressed. Their menu is clearly labeled with what is gluten free and our waiter confirmed everything.
Read moreI also let them know i was vegan and they double checked to make sure everything was. A salad i wanted had mayo so they substituted another sauce and it was perfection.
The shishito peppers were incredible and the inari was sooooo good.
It’s hard to find vegan gluten free sushi in Parker and this place will be our go to!
