So Saap has lots of vegan options that are clearly marked on the menu and the servers are knowledgeable about the food. The portions are a good size and every dish is delicious. They have lots of vegan meat options. They also have a vegan sauce tray with pineapple based fish sauce.

Delicious (& Ample) Vegan Options! - Edit
We ordered the vegan Khao Poon and vegan Thai Boat Noodle. Both were delicious, filled with broth and fresh veggies. We especially loved the khao poon, as it was super flavorful and creamy yet still light with the herbs. The servings were generous, especially for the price. The food came out fast as well.
Read moreSo Saap offers many vegan options. They have tofu as well as vegan chicken, beef and shrimp. Every noodle dish, entree, and curry base (on the left side of the menu) is vegan. They also have seven vegan specialty dishes, two appetizers, and two soups. As if I was not excited enough by the number of options, they also have a vegan sauce tray for the table that includes vegan “fish” sauce, chili oil, boat noodle sauce, and chili powder!
The person who helped us was vegan aware and assured us, based on our vegan order, that the sauce tray was vegan. It is always a plus when a restaurant makes sure you feel comfortable. I look forward to trying more of their options and adding them to my take-out rotation!

Everything I tried here was so delicious. Authentic Thai & Laotian food. I ended up ordering extra food to go! Everything came out fresh and hot. The only warning I have is the Thai Tea had a weird after taste, I wouldn’t order it again.
