The best

A great little place for our date night, and we loved the whole concept. Great food, amazing cocktails, lovely service. The music was also really great, and we were so happy to find a link to their playlist. Really hope to come back for another visit before leaving Rio, because I want to try more of the menu.

Pros: Lovely atmosphere , Amazing cocktails, and so many to choose from, The banoffee dessert! Omg.

Loved it!! Real vegan meals!

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch of pad Thai R$45 and shiitake mushroom steak with broccolini and potatoes R$45. There was also a deal for R$70 each including an appetiser, main and dessert but we wanted other dishes not included. We also had a chocolate brownie R$30 and sticky toffee pudding R$30. Stunning flavours! Such a relief to finally experience real vegan food in Rio! Pricey but worth it. Highly recommend!

excellent

Excellent food and service! Real veg cuisine (not just ingredients thrown in a bowl), with fresh and interesting vegetables.
Local twist and international inspiration. One of the best veg restaurants i have ever tested!

Beautiful location and atmosphere.

Great taste, great atmosphere and service

This is the place you want to go out for a great dining experience, while enjoying great healthy, natural food. We had a nice chat with the chef, (fluent in English :) while he lived and cooked in New York as well. He's very passionate about his business being both trendy and eco-friendly (which it really both is).

The great thing about his restaurant is that the quality of the food, atmosphere, wine, draft beers, service and kindness is very good. while also they serve fully plantbased food. In some vegan restaurants the focus on being a 'vegan restaurant' can take too much of the focus and have less eye for atmosphere and a good vibe. This place really balances this out nicely. We ate there yesterday. And today :-) Therefore we'd recommend it to anyone up for a great dinner experience in Ipanema, vegan or not.

Pros: Vegan AND tasty, Good atmosphere, trendy place, good buzz

Cons: Nope

Outstanding, nutritious deliciousness!

Not only is Chef Daniel's food healthful and beautiful, it is also absolutely delicious. Went with three non-vegan friends and we couldn't decide which dish we loved the most! The ambience here is just right: chill, relaxing, intimate and aesthetically delightful. Definitely save room for dessert here too (thank you Chef for your recommendation)! Can't wait to return.

Pros: Upscale but not at all stuffy, Thoughtful dishes which taste delicious

Awesome. Will be back.

Arrived in Rio yesterday, scared that being vegan in a country that possibly consumes more meat than America was going to be a chore. Thanks to Happy Cow I located this place easily for lunch.

Great looking menu with a wide array of options. Some smaller, tapas style plates, and some larger dishes. I opted for the vegan burger, and it was AMAZING. The bread alone was worth returning for.

Staff doesn't speak much English, but they were eager to help as much as possible. Excellent find in Rio near Ipanema.

המקום קטן ומקסים אופי רומנטי ונעים. היה מלא. תפריט רק באנגלית ופורטוגזית. מנות מעוצבות מושקעות טעימות ופירוש טבעונית. הכל מסומן אם מכיל גלוטן בוטנים סויה וכו. Delicious but expensive. Bar, not restaurant.

Entirely vegan, they call themselves a bar, not a restaurant, so most of menu items are starters, food to share with friends. I ate a burger 40BRL (the only one in the menu), drunk a non alcoholic cocktail 20BRL (coconut water, lemon, cardamom and Rosemary) and for dessert a brownie 28BRL. It was delicious, but pretty expensive.

Pros: All vegan, Excellent cuisine

Cons: So expensive

Amazing!

My BF and I were lately talking about how we very seldom find upscale vegan restaurants, then we came to Rio and found this amazing place, and it's not way too fancy. The food is amazing, we almost ran out of money because we just wanted to eat the whole menu! The service was excellent too.

Pros: Excellent service, Delicious plates, Beautifully presented

Delicious, real food in hip restaurant!

Teva was near our hostel in Rio and it was soo delicious, epsecially the toast starter! Soo good. We had fresh hummus and the meze plate as well and ended with a delicious passion fruit creme brulee! I recommend this place if youre looking for an upscale healthy vegan restaurant for dinner.

Pros: All vegan :), Great location, Water is free!

Cons: On the pricey side, but understandable., A lot of dishes with mushroom (my personal opinion

Classy, chic and expensive

This place has great food and drink, and an upper-crust crowd and ambience to complement.

It's a great dining experience, but the portions can be small and the meal very expensive.
