Really poor quality and attention to detail - Edit
I’m rating 1 for customer service and delivery but the quality of the cake and especially the cupcakes tasted really bad and artificial/synthetic . Considering the price that we spent we would have expected better quality ingredients and more attention to detail-all seemed very rushed. Definitely won’t be ordering a birthday cake from cake lab again !

Amazing Service - Edit
Ordered a Cake from this store in the U.K. to be delivered to a UAE address. The cake was exactly the same as the image I sent them and the communication and service was great. Would definitely recommend.

The biggest problem with the Cake Lab is that there are so many cake designs to chose from - plus, just about any design you can think of, even of it's not already in their line-up.

The Cake Lab - Dubai's only 100% vegan bakery - Edit
I was stunned when I knew The Cake Lab is 100% Eggfree / Vegan bakery in Dubai. I ordered a customized cake. The design was amazing !! Their staffs are very friendly too. I could talk to the manager and found out they use vegetable based cream and egg free sponge in all their products !!!
