Vegan Breakfast Options in Town Brookhaven

Breakfast can be a very difficult meal for vegan diners - especially when going out with non-vegan diners.

The Flying Biscuit has a great location, free parking, and a dedicated vegan menu. Their options include tofu scrambles and beyond meat sausages. I really enjoyed the tofu scramble and was able to add a bit more hot sauce to give it some heat. I ordered it with the fruit swapped for potatoes. The menu is very easy to find a substantial vegan breakfast.
