Nice gluten-free option

I had a chocolate croissant and a carrot cake. The chocolate croissant was tasty, but the carrot cake was disappointing. The place is a bit expensive.

Delicious pastries

Lovely bakery, a little pricey for an everyday option but great options.

Really lovely vegan and GF bakery

I’m not GF, and I love gluten so I tend to be underwhelmed by GF bakeries. That said…

there are some treats here that were AMAZING— including the napoleon hat and vaniljekranse(small wreath-shaped vanilla “butter” cookies typical around Christmas).

Admittedly I was less enthralled by the pastries that are typically light/fluffy because it really seems like this is impossible to achieve without gluten. But for those with gluten allergies, I’m really glad they can experience these traditional pastries.

I can’t wait to go back and try more of the cookies because they look super true to form, and the vaniljekranse were just SO GOOD.

Delicious pastries

I loved the strawberry pie and the Napoleons Hat here. The pastry was more like cookie and it was great! However I wish I'd seen the price of the coffee before paying - about £8 for a standard latte!

Great if you are gluten free but…

… I am not 😅

I ordered an almond croissant and while it was tasty, it didn’t satisfy me as it didn’t taste like a croissant due to its lack of gluten in the recipe.

Trust me, the baked goods all look and taste great but while they may have the shape of their non-gluten counterparts, they taste nothing like it.

I would recommend this bakery but only if you have an open mind.

Pros: Inventive gluten-free recipes, Outside seating in a nice area

Cons: Higher end so but expensive, You need an open mind for gluten-free

A must try in Copenhagen!

A huge selection of pastries to choose from, we went for the tebirkes and almond croissants. Both were really tasty and good quality, you'd never know they were vegan or gluten free! Friendly service, too. We'll be back to try everything else!

Pros: Everything vegan , Huge selection of choice, Gluten free
