Delicious food. All vegan, you get to choose between two plate sizes large and small, choosing a protein, salad and side. It was very tasty. You choose from the options in the fridge, they heat it for you and no complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke great English for us.

Finalmente ho avuto l'occasione di passare da loro e non vedo l'ora di tornarci! Il menù cambia ogni giorno, ma ci sono sempre diverse opzioni tra primi, secondi, contorni e dolci, tutti buonissimi e bilanciati. Esistono quattro possibili combinazioni a seconda delle proprie esigenze (io ho preso il menù completo con anche un dolce, mentre la mia ragazza solo la parte salata con un primo, un secondo e un contorno) e con meno di 20€ torni a casa felice e con la pancia piena di cose buone

I was tossing up between a 4 and a 5 and in the end, it’s a 5 because of the cake. Main where you choose was all pretty good, one of my choices for sure needed more, the others ok. The paper plates thing just makes no sense. Staff friendly and the cake was very good.

They have two size dishes 11€ or 14€, and you can choose 4/5 options. The seitan was delicious, as were the veggies. Everything very flavourful. They serve everything on paper plates and cups I don't understand why, but... anyways food is delicious.

Es gibt die Möglichkeit sich ein Essen aus verschiedenen Zutaten zusammenzustellen. Dann wird nochmal alles vor dem Essen erwärmt. Dennoch war alles das wir hatten super lecker. Die Mitarbeitenden haben auch alles in Ruhe übersetzt.

La comida es casera. sabrosa y sana, me gustó. Como muchos restaurantes en Italia, es estilo buffet, y escoges el plato del tamaño que gustes. Las cantidades son suficientes pero non espléndidas. Tienen bastantes opciones, y también de postre (tartas caseras todas con una pinta increíble). Cuando fuimos nosotros estaba bastante lleno pero aún así el trato fue bueno y rápido.

This is pretty much the only vegan place in Bergamo and vegan options are super rare in other places too.
Read moreThe food is very tasty, they have a big variety of original variations on Italian food. The food is already prepared and you can choose either to pay for each dish separately or a menu starting from 10 € (first course, second course and side dish). The portions were not very big for the price though.
And the food could have been warmer.
Also you can either take away or eat there (not too many seats, it's better to reserve a table for lunch) but nevertheless they always serve all the food in paper plates and plastic cups, which is not environmentally friendly. There might be a reason for it, but I don't know what it is, apart from saving time at the expenses of the environment.
I really appreciated the variety of vegan desserts and cakes.

Arrived first thing in the morning after a 5am start from Islabona. Was great to be in a fully vegan 🌱 joint again after having to deal with “options” everywhere we went.

Walked into Veg Eat and could see it was mostly lunch food but what the hell I had it for breakfast @ 9am. Everything was tasty but the use of the take away type plate inside the restaurant was a bit cheap. I think they do a lot of deliveries and want to save on having to do any washing up.

Veg Eat offers a nice deli concept where you can handpick your meal, from a variety of warm and cold options, plant-based proteins, salads, and refreshing drinks. The friendly lady explained everything in English. Each dish we chose was tastefully seasoned and full of flavour. The seitan curry stood out as an absolute winner. Highly recommended for a vegan and nutritious meal in Bergamo!

First it's not easy to find an all vegan restaurant in northern Italy and this one is really really good. Authentic, not too expensive, very friendly staff, a lot of choice. I ate a menu on place and took away a second one for the next day. Everything I was delicious !
