Very delicious

We found the restaurant via HappyCow and were not disappointed. We got exactly what we ordered. The staff was super friendly. On top of that, the food is not overpriced, and you get the chance to try traditional Turkish dishes in vegan form. We will definitely go again—but this time on the European side, if it’s closer to our accommodation.

Nice restaurant

Lots of vegan options, we had two pide and firin beyti, the latter was especially good. The kunefe desert was cool to be able to try.

Pros: Lots of options

Cons: Little vegetables, Unintrested staff

Amazing place to try vegan Turkish food

I was constantly looking for vegan places to try in Istanbul and this place was a beautiful accident. I loved the everything I ate from the menu- English could be a challenge with some of the servers so be patient but the food will be worth waiting for ❤️ must eat when in town

Excellent

Interesting menu with local flavors, all vegan and very tasty. I tried the soy meat and vegan cheese pie, yoghurt soup and dessert, everything was delightful and good price. Very cosy inside and fast service!

Vegan Turkish cuisine

We had vegan pide and the tasting platter and everything was very good, spicy (not hot, but full of taste). All freshly made. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Also we didn’t have to wait long for food.

Vegan Pide and Lahmacun

It's a great vegan restaurant in the centre of the asian part of Istanbul. The pide with soy meat was delicious and the vegan ayran as well! The food is quite cheap for a restaurant.

Pros: Delicious, Quite cheap

Cons: It was a bit cold inside

Fresh and tasty

The food is fresh and well seasoned. Other than lahmacun, they offer a variety of pide. The mushroom cheese pide was particularly good with its gooey cheese. The ice cream has a unique consistency but otherwise, I enjoyed eating here.

turk approved

feb. 2025: we got pide and lahmacun which were very good and come with lettuce, raw onion with parsley, tomato slices, and lemon wedges. they gave us each a free içliköfte. the vegan ayran was too salty. friendly!

sep. 2025: no notes just as good as last time. wish i got two lahmacun instead of one plus a cheese and mushroom pide

Pros: authentic stone oven, lahmacun on par with meat version, best vegan minced meat i've had

Cons: ayran too salty

Daha çok şubeleri olmalı 🥹

İkinci gidişim ve her şey üst düzey. Çalışanları ilgili. Götürdüğüm insanlar hep çok beğeniyor. Yayla çorbasını mutlaka denemelisiniz!

Very nice environment

It was cool to try a range of veganized local dishes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the outdoor seating on a busy pedestrian street was enjoyable. As elsewhere in Istanbul, cats were coming by looking for food and affection (I don't know if the cats fully understood that nobody was giving them meat here!).

I didn't think the food was amazing, but I enjoyed it.

Pros: Very friendly staff, Pleasant outdoor seating, Good prices

Cons: Food wasn't ultimately that memorable for me

Authentic Turkish food (but vegan)

Everything we tried from the mixed platters with different pide, lahmacun and starters as well as the deserts were delicious. It was a welcome surprise to find a place that makes authentic vegan lahmacun, since it's been over 15 years since I last had the dish as a non-vegan. Highly recommend it! :)
Pricing is also very reasonable. We paid around 1500 TL for food and drinks as a party of three.

Pros: Delicious food, Authentic Turkish dishes, Friendly staff

Incredible vegan pide and lahmacun

Our favourite vegan place in Istanbul, hands down! Most delicious pide and lahmacun! We used to have to take the ferry to Besiktas to eat there, so we're so happy they are now also in Kadikoy 😊❤️

Pros: Food, Team, Location

Pretty good but vegan cheese weird

We really wanted to love the pide, it had great potential but the vegan cheese had a weird taste (and normally I love vegan cheese). We both said we could taste a weird taste and worked out it was the cheese. It was ok once we scraped it off.

Must-Visit Vegan Spot in Kadıköy

Vegan Masa in Kadıköy is a must-visit for plant-based food lovers. The vegan künefe and lahmacun are both incredibly well-crafted, but the real surprise was the ayran aşı soup — refreshing and full of flavor. A rare find that combines tradition and creativity in all the right ways. Highly recommended!

Pros: Food, Service

Pros: Lahmacun, Pite, Preis / Leistung

Best food in town

It's a place I've been coming to regularly before and after becoming vegan. Of course, I visited the new branch. I hope there will be many more new branches. They always provide the best taste, quality and a peaceful environment.

Must eat here!

Amazing authentic and fun Turkish food! Sophisticated modern ambiance with delicious food. Four of us shared the 3 person mixed pide and lahmacun. It was plenty and a great way to sample several varieties. Their fresh lavash base was excellent! Just loved it!

Pros: The food was fantastic, Indoor and outdoor seating

Cons: None!

Don’t be Kadi - Coy!

This place is awesome. Lahmahcun and Pida both very good, but get that lemon juice and chilli flakes on both as otherwise maybe a little bland. Rice pudding dish (sulcuk?) was so good we got another.. Nice staff!
