Surprise Taco Hit on Dresden - Edit
There seems to be a lot of taco places all over Brookhaven and the surrounding area, but Verde Taqueria found a way to separate themselves.
Read moreFirst, parking was easy in their large free lot behind the restaurant. The restaurant was busy, but we were sat immediately with a choice of indoors or on one of their two patios. Service was great with food coming out quickly and staff able to identify vegan options. We were also able to pay via phone. It’s a great spot for a casual night out with the family. Price point was also very fair especially compared to the area.
The food was really good and much better than I expected. Tacos come à la carte. I ordered the grilled veggie taco (with sour cream removed) and the buffalo tofu taco with guacamole subbed in for jalapeño ranch. I was happy with both, but the buffalo tofu was the star with a crispy exterior and decent heat. I would definitely order it again. The chips and salsa were also a great and cheap app. they refilled it as well
