The best chain restaurant ever

I really like the concept of Malatang.

Three different vegan soup bases were enough to convince me to go there.
I chose the Mala one (which does not have much water on its soup).
There was a big variety of mushrooms, vegetables and Tofu, which you can fill your bowl with. But be careful, because it's fast and you have too much on the plate.
The taste was really excellent.

The ambience was good. It tends to be a little bit minimalistic, but you can still feel the Asian spirit in these walls.
