I follow Antonia De Luca of Leafy Greens - bought her recipe book, but as I live in Cape Town and they are located in Gauteng its hard to visit. At the moment and until I get the opportunity to visit their premises, I will keep on drooling over Antonia's amazing recipes and make them at home. I just wish she will extend Leafy Green's Cafe to Cape Town. We need more vegan restaurants here - things are moving too slow.
