I checked multiple times on the blackboard and the eggplant wasn't written on it. Maybe you forgot about it, but it still wasn't. And my partner had ordered the foccacia before and there was no eggplant in it. So maybe again, it was a mistake on your side, but still. The grilled cheese was still dry, no matter what. I didn't say your prices increased, I said it's getting pricey for the quality (meaning : the prices are no longer worth it). There's no point in apologizing if you're being aggressive in the same message. Many other recent comments here are making the same observations.
