Dear GoHerOwnWay, Thank you for finally supplying the date of your visit (November 21st). We fully sympathize with the paralyzing fear of a "language barrier"—after all, simple gestures and translation apps are cutting-edge technologies that are clearly hard to come by these days. We are particularly fascinated by your claim that our staff somehow produced a photo of Carnation evaporated dairy milk to show you. As a strict, 100% plant-based establishment, we usually keep our secret stash of dairy photos right next to the meat locker we don’t own. Jokes aside, the only milk we use, stock, or even think about is Oatside Barista Blend Oat Milk. To suggest otherwise is purely a work of fiction. For someone boasting 2340 points as a "highly active" HappyCow reviewer, we must admit we expected a bit more... professionalism? Typically, reviewers of your esteemed caliber understand that if you spot an alleged hygiene issue (like "unwashed lettuce") or imagine dairy being served in a vegan restaurant, you alert the staff immediately because customer safety is paramount. Instead, you chose to suffer in silence during your meal, only to save your baseless claims for the internet. A classic approach, but highly inappropriate. Our policy is quite simple: if a customer brings a valid concern to our attention in the moment, we investigate immediately, correct the dish, or make it complimentary. We actually prefer building trust with our guests over reading their imaginative online diaries. We would have loved the opportunity to clear up your confusion on the spot, had you felt bold enough to utilize a smartphone or a basic hand gesture. We stand firmly by our Michelin Bib Gourmand standards, our rigorous kitchen protocols, and our 100% vegan integrity. We will review our November 21st logs just in case a ghost managed to smuggle dairy pictures into our kitchen, but otherwise, we consider this highly entertaining matter closed. Sincerely, The Vị Quê Kitchen Team
