This situation is exactly the same as what once was called 'health food stores' where only healthy items were carred and the owners had wonderful experience with changing their lifestyles and improving their health - they wanted that gift for others and opened stores, studied nutrition, etc. Now, corporate has moved in and offers organic junk foods, cheapened ingredients in baby foods and cereals, and their selves are mostly a desert to those who know what constitutes 'healthy'. remember Whole Foods being called out on the carpet a few years ago for offering 'natural' produce that was GMO? It's about paying dividends to stockholders, hiring corporate people who know nothing about healthwellness. We pay a price for real food.
