I did want to mention one thing to help vegan diners in the future. We offer vegan noodles upon request. Unfortunately, this message was not properly conveyed at the time, and for that, we apologize. Our original Shoyu Vegan Ramen was indeed vegan, however to streamline the process of cooking at our tiny cafe kitchen, we switched to offering egg noodles by default.
