Hello Sandy, Although our vegan ramen is limited, due to demand and the three days it takes to make the broth, we have since streamlined the process and availability of the Shoyu Vegetarian Ramen. Prior to March, it was only a weekend special, but now we have it every day. Thank you for your review.
