Hello, thank you for your visit and review, we are very sorry that you didnt like our burger, that s why we always ask our customers always twice if everything is ok ( first when you are eating second time when you are paying). If its not ok we could immediately change your meal or cancel it. We have a policy that everybody must be happy. About our home made ice tea its a lychee black flavour from white peony company you can check it on google, the only thing is that we dont put a sugar inside so for someone could be totally diffrent, but we can always bring an agave nectar.
