Dear RavenousRabbit, We appreciate your kind review! For Vegan Ramen take-out, I am afraid if you had sauces offered. All house ramen dishes are completed by adding sauces on your table by yourself. FYI, the broth has lesser flavor because of no MSGs. & much lesser gluten. For vegan noodles, it depends on suppliers' stock. I'll try more to get vegan noodles. (if the suppliers are not reliable, I will make my own one like many other sauces.) For the Salad, If it were that poor, the cook didn't follow the recipe. Please, take my apology! Just bought & tested a processor for cooks to keep the current salad. Also, I'm developing crunch ramen salad with options for vegan & others. Hope you to try a better one on your next stop!
