Thank you for visiting our new location in Panama City. We at Avantika strive to give all our guests a very unique and positive dining experience. Part of this experience, is quality checks, done by our professional and courteous staff throughout the guest's visit. We were assured, by your wait staff, that this was done several times, but nothing was conveyed in any manner that you were dissatisfied with our service or quality of meal. There is also always a manager on duty or the owner on site at all times that could of been notified of your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, we weren't given this chance but learnt this through your adverse and pessimistic remarks that you made it a point to post on multiple mediums over the internet. We would like to take this opportunity to make amends, so please feel free to come back to our establishment and receive and feel the REAL AVANTIKA experience!!!
